Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the Sunlover Team and in writing.

We take every care to ensure your health and safety whilst you are with us and will provide a safety briefing at time of check in.

Physical distancing will be maintained and we have increased our cleaning protocols to ensure all contact areas are super clean and safe. You can choose contactless check in if you wish. Please let us know in advance. Our normal procedure is to meet and greet you on arrival.

 

Currently, you will have exclusive use of the Sunlover Apartment. Either as a couple or a double couples bubble.


Sunlover will supply all the linen, towels and bathroom amenities. Rooms will be serviced at the end of your stay unless specifically requested for a more regular clean.

Continental breakfast is supplied. Waiting for you to enjoy is a deliciously provisioned array of cereals, breads, fruits and condiments.

 

You’ve arrived at a very safe place. However we can take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property. Safes are provided in rooms.

No smoking is permitted inside the Retreat however we have made areas outside suitable for smoking.

Payment Policy:

We process your 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment will be automatically deducted 24 hours before your booking date. If you are unable to confirm the booking please let us know as soon as possible either by phone +64 27 848 1612 or email donna@sunlover.co.nz

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change as our cancellation policy is:

• If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled later, 100 percent of the full booking will be credited to an account in anticipation of your return.

• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
